How does the sizing run on these? I wear a size 13 in regular sneakers.

Pretty much dead true to size. Now they are a little narrow. I find for lifting they are perfect. You’ll see increases in your squat almost immediately.

Can you deadlift in these, or is the heel too high?

I haven’t deadlifted in these shoes as of yet. I’ve squatted in these shoes. They put a weird angle on my hips but after a few weeks I got used to it. They talk about “raised heel” but its not extreme. I don’t have any other weightlifting shoes to compare them to but I know they’re a lot better then squatting in tennis shoes. Hope this helps

I like dead lifting in barefoot and it feels right. Will the raised hill affect me significantly?

I used to use flat low shoes with minimal insoles. These feel more stable. I dont feel a difference in the raised heel. I use these for all my lifts and my numbers are relatively the same.

Are these okay to wear for females too?

Yea of course. They are a lil narrow so probably ideal for women.
