Please do not include sensitive personal, operational or case information. The form does not accept attachments.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used to understand your request and arrange an appropriate discussion. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a private database provided by our website hosting platform (Lovable Cloud). Access is restricted to authorised administrators; enquiries are not publicly accessible.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or non-essential tracking cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical request information such as your IP address.

Retention

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping. A defined retention period will be published here once confirmed.
